VS 2010 Pyramid Bill Acceptor using VB10

Hello Guys!



I have a Pyramid Bill Acceptor and I already make it work am using currency of Peso, the problem is that i don't know how to

*Turn it "ON" and "OFF" so that it will not accept bills always using VB,it is connected in the power supply of my PC (+12v)

*To interpret the Bills accepted into a binary or a hex from different amounts..

example is

50Php=110010 (Binary)
50Php=32 (HEX)

all i have is the validator program that only check if it is working..

and it is connected in USB(commport)

kindly help me out.. I dont know what to code..:(:(:(
