delete himself if exist process ?

i will make an program it's for service and i wana use it in my small company . . .

so...

now i wanna to make my program delete his self when process (notepad.exe) opened ! but how to do this ? what code needed

to doing this thing ?

now my program is runing without any problem so now i open notepad now my program shuld be remove his self automaticaly .... how to make my
