VB.NET and PC USB buffer...

Just curious...I am using VB.net along with a hardware interface that runs off USB to PC (with its own GUI) and also provide the "same" result on an analog output pin.
The analog output takes time to stabilize thus increases my overall test time.
I am just wondering what if I can "somehow" grab the USB data being displayed on the product GUI? This would probably speed up my overall test time.
Can I "grab" this USB data being displayed on the GUI using VB.NET?
