Issue with Crystal Report and Visual Studio

I created three crystal reports (report1, report2, report3) in a Visual Studio 2012 VB solutions. I created a windows form with a report viewer and I can not select the report I want (report2) as the report source during design time. Also, I can't assign the report in code either. The report shows in the Solutions Explorer. I can select Report1 and report3 but report2 is no where to be found.

Any ideas?
