Sorted ComboBox Question

Hello everybody,

I want to have a dropdown comboBox that is marked "sorted" in it's properties window, that looks like this:

A Record
B Record
C Record
T Record
All

How do I insert the All record at the end of the list.

I am populating the combobox from a database and I would like to have a All option at the end of the list.
