Is there any simple explorer solution?

Hello,

I have a project organizer in developing and I have a question regarding a simple explore window.

So, for every project I can select files or folder for a "Documentation section".

I will have a add documentation button where the user can select files & folders and then I will have a Show documentation button.

Now, all this information will be saved in a folder created especially for each project. This will be somewhere the user doesn't need to know.

So when somebody wants to see the documentation I would like it to be opened in a explorer window, but a very simple window, without the folder browser in the left, or any other functions.

I want it to be just a window where the user sees the files and by double clicking them they should be opened with their default program.

Is there anything like this already built in?

Thx.
