Autocommand / 5 Mins

Ok so i am looking for an application that can do the following:

Every five mins it will do the following
Press Button I
Press Button Q
Press Button S
Press Button Y for 1 Second
Press Button X (twice)
Press Button Y for 2 Seconds
Press Button S
Press Button Q
Press Button I
